The idea for the
sessions is for you to try something new that will enhance your work, with
guidance from us. You will not be making
a finished item during these sessions but you will leave with samples that you
can work into at your leisure. We will have a selection of our own work on
display, so you can see how to integrate these techniques into wall hangings
etc.
You can choose from
Painted Bondaweb, Markel Paintstiks, Acrylic Paints, Vanishing Fabric and Tyvek
and we will be on hand to give you some advice on Free Machine Quilting, should
you like to try.
As with all our
normal workshops we supply any art materials that you need, but there will be a
small charge if you wish to try Vanishing Fabric, Bondaweb and Tyvek. You will just need to bring your sewing
machine, normal sewing kit and a selection of fabric.
The sessions will run
from 10:00am to 12:00pm and 2:00pm to 4:00pm on the following Tuesday’s in June
& July:

The cost of each 2
hour session will be £10.00 per person, and includes coffee, tea and biscuits.
